Papieren rugzakken MAILmedia C4 381200 wit, met plakstrook, 48,9 g/m²

MAILmedia C4 paper back pockets (white, 48.9 g/m²) are self-adhesive document holders sized to fit C4 envelopes and flat mailings. Manufactured from lightweight 48.9 g/m² paper, each pocket has a peel-and-stick adhesive strip for quick attachment to envelopes, parcels or documents. The simple construction secures invoices, return forms, delivery notes or additional papers while remaining low-profile and easy to handle in bulk mailing or logistics operations.

Advantages

These paper back pockets combine low weight with a reliable adhesive strip to provide a cost-effective way to attach documents to mailings. The white paper surface offers a neutral background for labels or handwritten notes and minimizes added bulk. The peel-off adhesive backing enables fast application by hand or on semi-automatic inserters without leaving sizeable residue on the carrier surface when removed correctly.

Suitable for

• Attaching invoices and packing slips to parcels
• Securing return forms or customs documents on mailings
• Use in office mailrooms for outgoing and incoming correspondence
• Logistics and warehouse operations requiring lightweight document holders

Key specifications

• Material: white paper, 48.9 g/m²
• Format: suitable for C4-sized documents and envelopes
• Closure: peel-and-stick adhesive strip
• Finish: writable surface for ink and pencil
• Profile: low thickness for minimal added bulk

How to use

Ensure the carrier surface is clean and dry. Peel off the protective liner from the adhesive strip, position the pocket so the opening faces the intended direction for document insertion, and press firmly along the adhesive area to secure. Slide documents into the pocket through the open edge; do not overfill to avoid stress on the adhesive. For best results, apply at room temperature and allow a short dwell time for the adhesive to bond before handling extensively.

Recommendations

Use these paper back pockets for single-use attachments where lightweight, low-cost document protection is sufficient. Avoid prolonged outdoor exposure or direct contact with moisture; for heavy or frequently handled documents, consider a more durable plastic pouch. Store unopened packs in a dry, stable environment away from heat sources to preserve the adhesive performance.
