Patchkabel Equip Cat.6A S/FTP RJ-45 25m zwart

The Equip Cat.6A S/FTP RJ-45 25m patch cable is a 25-metre black network cable designed for high-speed data transfer up to 10,000 Mbit/s. Constructed with S/FTP shielding and RJ-45 connectors at both ends, the cable supports 10GBase-T environments and is intended for reliable, low-interference connectivity in professional and home networks.

Advantages

The Cat.6A S/FTP design provides improved protection against electromagnetic and crosstalk interference, enabling higher bandwidth and a better signal-to-noise margin compared with lower-category cables. The fully screened construction and robust RJ-45 connectors offer stable performance for demanding 10G applications over a 25 m run while the black outer jacket provides a discreet appearance and durable handling.

Suitable for

• 10GBase-T network connections
• Server rooms and data centre horizontal cabling
• Office and home network backbone links
• High-bandwidth applications such as video streaming and large file transfers

Key specifications

• Cable length: 25 m
• Connectors: RJ-45 — both ends
• Cabling technology: 10GBase-T (Cat.6A)
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall foil plus individually shielded pairs)
• Maximum data rate: 10000 Mbit/s
• Product colour: Black
• Weight: 0.7552 kg

How to use

Connect each RJ-45 plug to the corresponding Ethernet ports on your devices or patch panels. Ensure connectors are fully seated until the latch clicks to secure the connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference for optimal signal integrity. For structured cabling, label both ends and test the link with appropriate network testers after installation.

Recommendations

Use this Cat.6A S/FTP patch cable for links up to 25 m where 10G performance and reduced interference are required. Avoid running parallel to high-voltage power lines and maintain minimum bend radius specified by installer guidelines to preserve performance.
