Persluchtslang AS Schwabe 12702, 5 m lengte, 15 bar werkdruk

Air hose AS Schwabe 12702, 5 m length, 15 bar working pressure is a flexible pneumatic hose designed for connecting compressors, air tools and workshop fittings. With a five-metre length and 15 bar rated working pressure, the hose supports medium-pressure applications typical for general workshop use, maintenance tasks and DIY projects. The construction balances flexibility and pressure resistance to enable straightforward routing around workbenches and equipment.

Advantages

The hose offers consistent performance at up to 15 bar working pressure and a length that reduces the need for extensions while allowing comfortable movement around the workspace. Its flexible design helps prevent kinking and eases storage when not in use. The product is compatible with standard pneumatic fittings and is suitable for repeated connection and disconnection in workshop environments.

Key specifications

How to use

Inspect the hose visually before each use for cuts, abrasions or other damage. Connect one end to the compressor outlet and the other end to the tool or fitting using compatible pneumatic couplings; ensure threaded or push-fit connectors are tightened according to the connector manufacturer’s instructions. Gradually pressurize the system and check for leaks at connections. Operate within the specified maximum working pressure and avoid sharp bends or tight coils that can restrict airflow or stress the hose material. After use, depressurize the line, disconnect fittings if required and store the hose in a dry place away from direct sunlight and sources of heat or chemicals.

Recommendations

Use the hose within its 15 bar working pressure limit and pair it with fittings compatible with medium-pressure pneumatic systems. Avoid exposure to oils, fuels or aggressive chemicals that can degrade materials, and replace the hose if visible wear or leaking appears. For prolonged outdoor use, protect the hose from UV exposure and extreme temperatures to maintain service life.
