Persluchtslang AS Schwabe 12705, 5 m lengte, 15 bar maximale druk

Air hose AS Schwabe 12705 is a 5 m hose designed for compressed air applications, providing a flexible connection between compressor and pneumatic tools. With a maximum working pressure of 15 bar, the hose is intended for routine workshop and garage tasks where reliable air transfer and mobility are required. The construction balances flexibility and durability to withstand repeated use in maintenance and repair operations.

Advantages

The hose offers a 5 m reach that reduces the need to reposition the compressor during common tasks while maintaining usable flexibility for maneuvering tools. Rated for up to 15 bar working pressure, it supports a wide range of pneumatic equipment. The material and build are selected to resist abrasion and kinking under typical workshop conditions, simplifying setup and storage and helping to maintain steady airflow to connected tools.

Key specifications

How to use

Connect one end of the hose to the compressor outlet and the other end to the pneumatic tool or accessory, ensuring compatible fittings and secure connections. Before operation, inspect the hose for visible damage, secure all connectors, and set the compressor pressure to a value appropriate for the tool, not exceeding 15 bar. During use, avoid sharp bends near fittings and keep the hose clear of heat sources and sharp edges. After use, depressurize the system and store the hose coiled in a dry area to prolong service life.

Recommendations

Use the hose within the specified pressure limit and follow manufacturer recommendations for fittings and tool pressure settings. Regularly inspect for wear, replace the hose if damage or significant abrasion is detected, and avoid exposure to solvents, oils, or extreme temperatures that could degrade the material.
