Persluchtslang Metabo 80901054959, 7,5 m lengte, max. 8 bar druk

Metabo air hose 7.5 m length, max 8 bar pressure is a flexible pneumatic hose designed to carry compressed air from a compressor to tools and equipment. With a 7.5 metre working length and a maximum operating pressure of 8 bar, the hose is intended for medium-pressure workshop and construction applications where mobility and reliable air delivery are required.

Advantages

The hose offers a balance of length and handling: its 7.5 m reach reduces the need to move the compressor frequently while remaining manageable in confined work areas. Constructed for regular pneumatic use, it maintains flexibility for easier routing around obstacles and supports consistent air flow up to the rated pressure. The design prioritises durability and connection stability to reduce downtime and maintain tool performance.

Suitable for

• Supplying compressed air to pneumatic hand tools such as impact wrenches, nailers and air ratchets
• General workshop and garage air systems where moderate pressure and mobility are required
• Construction site tasks where a medium-length hose is needed to reach work areas from a central compressor

Key specifications

• Length: 7.5 m
• Maximum operating pressure: 8 bar
• Intended use: pneumatic air delivery for tools and equipment
• Flexibility: designed for routing and handling in workshop and site environments

How to use

Connect the hose to a compatible compressor outlet and the tool’s air inlet using appropriate fittings and couplers rated for at least 8 bar. Inspect the hose and connections for visible damage before each use and ensure fittings are securely tightened to prevent leaks. Keep the hose clear of sharp edges, heat sources and moving machinery to avoid abrasion or puncture. After use, drain condensate from the compressor and coil the hose without tight kinks for storage.

Recommendations

Use matching quick-connect couplers and clamps rated for the hose pressure, perform regular visual inspections, avoid exposing the hose to temperatures and chemicals beyond its specified tolerance, and replace the hose if you observe cracks, significant wear or persistent leaks.
