Personeelsmap Elba 5 chic ULTIMATE antraciet karton, 5 vakken

Elba 5 chic ULTIMATE personal folder in anthracite cardboard is a compact organiser designed to store and sort documents across five separate pockets. The folder’s rigid cardboard construction and neutral anthracite colour make it suitable for office, school and home environments where a durable and tidy solution is needed for paperwork, handouts and presentation materials. The five-pocket layout provides clear separation of documents, allowing quick access and organised transport of multiple sheets.

Advantages

The folder combines a sturdy cardboard cover with a slim profile to protect contents without adding unnecessary bulk. Five internal pockets enable simple categorisation of papers by topic, date or recipient. Anthracite finish offers a professional, unobtrusive look that resists visible dirt and marks. Lightweight construction keeps the organiser easy to carry while maintaining enough rigidity to prevent documents from bending during handling.

How to use

Place documents flat into each pocket according to category or sequence, for example by project, date or recipient. Close the folder and carry it by hand or store it on a shelf with other files. For presentations, prepare each pocket with the materials needed for specific stages or audience groups so you can quickly hand out or display the relevant pages. When removing papers, support them near the pocket opening to avoid creasing.

Recommendations

Store the folder upright or flat in a dry place to preserve the cardboard stiffness. Avoid overfilling any single pocket to maintain shape and prevent tearing; distribute contents evenly across the five pockets. Clean the exterior with a dry cloth and keep away from prolonged exposure to moisture.
