Philips USB 3.2 128GB Click Series Gen 1 USB-C USB-flashdrive USB Type-C 3.2 Gen 1 (3.1 Gen 1) wit

The Philips 128GB USB 3.2 Click Series Gen 1 USB-C flash drive combines a compact mechanical click connector with USB 3.2 Gen 1 performance and 128GB of storage capacity. Designed for direct connection to USB-C ports, the drive supports faster file transfers compared with USB 2.0 devices and provides portable storage for documents, photos, audio and video. Its slim housing and retractable or protected connector concept reduce the chance of damage during transport and make it easy to carry in a pocket or laptop bag.

Advantages

The USB-C interface ensures plug-in compatibility with modern laptops, tablets and smartphones that have native USB-C ports. USB 3.2 Gen 1 support delivers higher throughput for copying large files and backing up media, while the 128GB capacity accommodates extensive personal and work-related data sets. The Click Series design offers a simple mechanical action to expose or protect the connector without additional caps, contributing to practical everyday use. The construction is focused on durability and portability for regular transport and repeated connections.

Suitable for

• Transferring large files between USB-C equipped computers and devices
• Portable backup and archive storage for photos and videos
• Carrying multimedia and work documents for on-the-go access
• Expanding temporary storage for tablets and smartphones with USB-C

Key specifications

• Storage capacity: 128 GB
• Interface: USB-C connector compatible with USB 3.2 Gen 1 protocol
• Performance class: USB 3.2 Gen 1 (Up to theoretical 5 Gbps bus speed; real-world transfer rates depend on host and file system)
• Form factor: Compact stick with click/retractable connector mechanism
• Compatibility: Designed for devices with USB-C ports; backward compatibility may depend on adapters and host support
• Durability: Solid-state construction suitable for daily carry and repeated insertions

How to use

Insert the flash drive into a compatible USB-C port on your computer, tablet or smartphone. If the Click mechanism requires a press or slide to expose the connector, perform that action before inserting. The connected device should recognise the drive automatically and mount it as external storage; use the operating system’s file manager to copy, move or open files. Eject or unmount the drive from the host operating system before removing it to avoid data corruption. For use with devices that lack native USB-C ports, use a suitable USB-C to USB-A adapter that supports data transfer.

Recommendations

Maintain regular backups of important files and avoid removing the drive during active read/write operations. Keep the connector clean and protected when not in use; store the flash drive in a protective compartment to reduce exposure to physical stress and dust. For sustained large transfers, keep the host device powered to prevent interruptions and monitor available free space to ensure new data can be written.
