Phoenix 3006027 afsluitkap D-UK 16 voor UK-serie rijgklemmen, grijs

For installations where terminal block protection and insulation integrity are non-negotiable, the Phoenix 3006027 Abschlussdeckel D-UK 16 stands apart from generic covers. This end cover is engineered specifically for the UK series of DIN rail terminal blocks, ensuring a precise fit that eliminates exposure to live parts and contaminants. Unlike universal covers that may require modification or compromise clearance, this component is designed to match the exact profile of UK 16 N, UK 10 N, UK 6 N, UK 5 N, UK 3 N, UK 2.5 N, and UK 1.5 N terminal blocks, providing a seamless and secure termination.

Highlights

• Precision-molded from grey polyamide (PA) with UL 94 V0 flammability rating for enhanced fire safety.
• Halogen-free construction reduces toxic emissions in the event of fire, supporting safer working environments.
• Wide operating temperature range from -60 °C to 105 °C, suitable for demanding industrial and outdoor applications.
• Side mounting design allows quick and tool-free installation on DIN rail terminal blocks without disturbing adjacent wiring.
• Complies with RoHS and REACH directives, meeting global environmental and safety standards.

In daily use

Installers will appreciate the cover's compact 10 mm width, which adds minimal space to the terminal block assembly while providing full protection. The cover snaps firmly onto the side of the terminal block, creating a barrier against accidental contact and preventing the ingress of dust and debris. Its insulating material group I rating and pollution degree 3 suitability mean it performs reliably even in harsh electrical environments. The cover is equally at home in control cabinets, distribution boards, and machinery where UK series terminal blocks are used.
