Pickup-rol HP D3Q21-67002 vervangrol voor HP printer

HP pickup roller D3Q21-67002 replacement roller for HP printers is a replacement paper feed component designed to restore or maintain reliable sheet feeding in compatible HP printers. The pickup roller acts as the primary paper pickup mechanism, engaging the top sheet from the input tray and guiding it into the paper path to reduce misfeeds and paper jams during printing tasks in home or office environments.

Advantages

The replacement pickup roller delivers consistent friction and contact with paper surfaces to improve feed accuracy and reduce double feeds. It supports routine maintenance by replacing worn or glazed rollers that cause performance degradation, helping to extend the usable life of the printer. The roller is designed for straightforward installation and provides predictable feeding behavior across common paper types used in everyday printing.

Suitable for

• Routine printer maintenance to restore paper feed performance
• Replacing worn or damaged pickup rollers to reduce paper jams
• Office or home printers that require improved first-sheet pickup reliability
• Service and repair workflows in print shops or IT departments

Key specifications

• Function: paper pickup / feed roller
• Compatibility: designed for use with compatible HP laser or multifunction printers (verify model compatibility before purchase)
• Material characteristics: rubberized gripping surface engineered for friction on standard paper and card stock
• Intended use environment: office and home printing
• Performance: restores first-sheet pickup reliability and reduces misfeeds when installed correctly

How to use

Power off the printer and open the paper tray or access panel to reach the pickup roller area. Remove the existing roller by following the printer manufacturer’s access and release procedure, taking care to note the roller orientation and any retaining clips. Install the replacement roller into the same location, ensuring it seats fully and any clips or fasteners are secured. Close access panels and power on the printer, then run a feed test or print a sample page to confirm correct installation and feeding performance.

Recommendations

Use the replacement pickup roller as part of a regular maintenance schedule when print quality declines or paper feed errors increase. Verify model compatibility with the printer documentation prior to installation. Handle the roller by its ends to avoid contaminating the gripping surface; avoid touching the rubber surface with oily or dirty hands. If problems persist after replacement, inspect paper tray settings, paper type and condition, and other feed rollers for wear.
