Plafondlamp Philips Functional Super slank 18 W LED, rond, wit, niet-vervangbare lichtbron, 220–240 V

Philips Functional Super Slim 18 W is a round, white LED ceiling light with an integrated non-changeable LED module. Designed for 220–240 V AC power, it offers fixed 18 W consumption and uniform warm-white illumination suitable for bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchens, living rooms, offices and garages. Its super slim profile makes it suitable for low ceilings and modern interiors while the adaptable mounting allows installation on either wall or ceiling.

Advantages

The fixture provides three selectable brightness settings controlled by the existing wall switch, eliminating the need for a dimmer or additional wiring. It features EyeComfort design for comfortable light distribution, easy installation and a durable integrated LED rated for long life. The slim, unobtrusive design gives uniform light distribution and is available in a neutral white finish that fits many interior styles.

Suitable for

When it may not be suitable

This model has an integrated non-changeable LED module, so bulb replacement is not possible; if you need replaceable lamps or specific LED modules, choose a different fixture. Although the product is described as dimmable via three fixed light levels from the switch, it does not support continuous dimming with an external dimmer.

How to use

Connect the fixture to a standard 220–240 V AC supply following local wiring regulations and switch off power before installation. Mount it to the ceiling or wall using the supplied fittings and secure the wiring inside the junction box. Use the existing wall switch to cycle between the three preset brightness levels: each consecutive switch press changes the light setting. No separate dimmer is required.

Recommendations

Install the light in locations with limited ceiling height for a discreet appearance, and use the switch-controlled brightness settings to adapt illumination for tasks, relaxation or ambient lighting without adding a dimmer. For wet zones, mount according to bathroom protection zone guidelines to maintain IP44 protection.
