Plakband Tesa Moll Premium flexibel 6 m transparant – Tesa 05417

Tesa Moll Premium flexible 6 m transparent is a flexible adhesive sealing tape designed for sealing joints, edges and small gaps around windows, doors and household surfaces. The transparent finish helps the tape remain discreet after application while its flexibility allows it to conform to curved or uneven profiles, improving insulation and reducing drafts in living spaces.

Advantages

The tape combines a soft, flexible sealing material with a pressure-sensitive adhesive that adheres reliably to common building materials such as PVC, wood, metal and painted surfaces. Its transparent appearance minimizes visual impact, and the 6 m length provides enough material for multiple small repairs or a complete window perimeter. The product is manufactured to consistent dimensional accuracy for predictable application.

Suitable for

• Sealing gaps and joints around windows and doors
• Reducing drafts and improving thermal insulation in homes
• Sealing uneven or curved profiles where rigid tapes would not conform
• Discreet touch-ups on painted or visible surfaces

Key specifications

• Length: 6 m
• Appearance: transparent
• Material type: flexible sealing tape
• Adhesive: pressure-sensitive adhesive suitable for common building materials
• Application surface: suitable for PVC, wood, metal and painted surfaces

How to use

Clean and dry the surface thoroughly before application to ensure good adhesion. Cut the required length from the roll, remove the backing if present, and press the tape firmly onto the joint or gap, smoothing along the length to remove air pockets. For curved profiles, apply gradually and press the tape into place in short sections to maintain contact. If necessary, trim excess material with a sharp knife for a neat finish.

Recommendations

For best results, apply at moderate room temperatures and on surfaces free from dust, oil or loose paint. Test adhesion on a small hidden area if the surface is delicate or recently painted. Store the roll in a dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain adhesive properties.
