Plakfolie 3M YP208051893 — 44 m lengte, 12 mm breedte

Adhesive film 3M YP208051893 — 44 m length, 12 mm width is a narrow, self-adhesive film supplied on a roll for applications that require a long continuous adhesive strip. It is intended for bonding, protection or masking tasks where consistent adhesion and easy handling are needed. The product's 12 mm width and 44 m length make it convenient for repetitive use in assembly lines, packaging operations and detail work on surfaces that need narrow tape coverage.

Advantages

The self-adhesive film provides uniform adhesive coverage along its entire length and is easy to unwind from the roll for efficient application. Its narrow width allows precise placement in tight or detailed areas, reducing waste and improving control during masking or bonding tasks. The film's construction offers reliable surface contact and temporary protection without bulky build-up, facilitating neat results in finishing and packaging processes.

Suitable for

• Masking narrow edges and seams during painting or finishing
• Bonding small components or strips in assembly and light manufacturing
• Surface protection of trim, profiles and narrow areas during transport or storage
• Packaging reinforcement and sealing of small parcels or bags

Key specifications

• Length: 44 m
• Width: 12 mm
• Format: roll
• Type: self-adhesive film suitable for bonding, masking and protection
• Application: manual or machine dispensing for narrow-strip tasks

How to use

Cut or dispense the required length of adhesive film from the roll and apply it to a clean, dry surface. Press along the strip to ensure full contact and remove any trapped air by smoothing from the center outward. For masking, align the film carefully to protect edges or create narrow masked areas; for bonding, position the film so adhesive contacts both surfaces as required. When removing, peel slowly at a low angle to minimize residue and surface stress.

Recommendations

Store the adhesive film in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong heat. For best adhesion, clean surfaces of dust, oils and loose particles before application. Test on a small area if surface sensitivity or long-term residue is a concern. Use appropriate dispensers or cutting tools for precise application and safe handling.
