How to use

Load Polaroid i-Type full-size film according to the film pack instructions, turn the camera on and frame your subject within the 0.4–1.3 m focusing range for optimal sharpness. Use the autofocus system to lock focus, press the shutter to take a picture and allow the exposed instant film to develop outside of direct sunlight. For timed or creative exposures, enable the self-timer or double-exposure mode either on the camera or via the mobile app. Charge the battery with a USB-C cable when needed and attach the camera to a tripod using the built-in mount for stable shots.

Recommendations

For best results, keep subjects within the recommended focus range, avoid exposing fresh prints to bright direct sunlight while they develop, and update the companion app to access the latest shooting modes and firmware improvements.
