• Thickness: 25 mm
• Weight: 210 g

• Compatibility: designed for use with standard 109 mm polishing backing pads and handheld polishers

How to use

Mount the polishing disc on an appropriate backing pad that matches the tool's spindle and follow the polisher manufacturer's instructions for safe attachment and operation. Start with a low-speed setting to check balance and contact, then increase speed gradually as needed for the material and compound in use. Apply polishing compound sparingly to the disc or work surface and move the polisher in overlapping passes to achieve an even finish. Avoid applying excessive pressure to prevent heat buildup or premature wear of the disc.

Recommendations

Use protective equipment such as safety glasses and gloves while polishing. Select polishing compounds compatible with the surface material and test on an inconspicuous area before full treatment. Store the polishing disc flat in a dry place to preserve shape and performance.
