Polierschijf Einhell 3424110

The Einhell 3424110 polishing disc is a compact accessory created for buffing and finishing tasks on a range of materials. With an overall width of 109 mm, depth of 105 mm and a height of 25 mm, the disc is sized to work comfortably on small to medium surfaces while remaining compatible with many handheld polishers and rotary tools. The lightweight construction (approximately 185 g) improves maneuverability during prolonged use, and the black finish provides a neutral, professional appearance suitable for workshop and automotive environments.

Advantages

The polishing disc combines a compact form factor and low weight to reduce operator fatigue and allow precise control. Its dimensions make it suitable for reaching tighter areas that larger pads cannot access, while the construction ensures uniform contact with the work surface for consistent finishing. The neutral black color resists visible staining and keeps the accessory looking tidy during repeated applications.

Suitable for

• Polishing automotive paintwork and trim
• Buffing metal surfaces to remove light oxidation and restore shine
• Finishing wood surfaces after sanding
• Detail work on small furniture components and crafts

• Overall depth: 105 mm
• Overall height: 25 mm
• Weight: ~185 g
• Color: black

How to use

Attach the polishing disc to a compatible polisher or rotary tool following the machine manufacturer's instructions for mounting accessories. Start at a low speed to confirm secure mounting and proper balance, then increase speed gradually as required for the material and polishing compound being used. Apply light, even pressure and move the disc across the surface in overlapping passes to produce a uniform finish. For delicate surfaces, test on an inconspicuous area first to determine the appropriate speed and compound combination.

Recommendations

Use suitable personal protective equipment such as safety glasses and gloves. Match the polishing disc with recommended polishing pads or compounds for the target material to achieve the best results, and avoid excessive pressure or high speeds that could cause surface damage or premature wear of the disc.
