Good to know

The headset is monaural, leaving one ear free to stay aware of your surroundings. It does not include a USB adapter or cable; those are sold separately. The Quick Disconnect connector is standard across many Poly/Plantronics audio processors and desk phone cables. For hygiene and longevity, the ear cushion can be replaced. The flexible microphone boom can be positioned for optimal voice pickup, and the noise-cancelling technology reduces background noise for your callers.
