ACT ivoor 7 meter U/UTP CAT5E patchkabel met rastandbescherming met RJ45-stekkers

The ACT Ivory 7 meter U/UTP CAT5E patch cable is a 7 m network cable with snagless RJ-45 connectors and ivory outer jacket. It uses full copper AWG#24 conductors, 50 µin gold-plated RJ-45 contacts and U/UTP construction to reduce interference while providing reliable Ethernet connectivity for typical CAT5E applications. ACT specifications are independently verified and each cable is 100% tested.

Advantages

The cable offers full copper AWG#24 wires for consistent signal transmission and 50 µin gold-plated contacts for improved contact reliability. Snagless RJ-45 connectors protect the plug latch during installation, and the U/UTP design helps minimise external interference. Manufactured and tested according to ACT specifications with independent verification, the product ensures predictable performance for CAT5E networks.

Suitable for

• Wired Ethernet connections at home or in small offices
• Patching between switches, routers and wall outlets
• Connecting PCs, printers and other network devices

Key specifications

• Length: 7 m
• Standard: CAT5E
• Shielding: U/UTP (unshielded twisted pair with overall braid not present)
• Conductors: Full copper, AWG 24
• Contacts: 50 µin gold-plated RJ-45
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45, snagless
• Colour: Ivory
• Brand: ACT, MPN: IB6507, EAN: 8716065134230

How to use

Plug each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding Ethernet port on devices such as switches, routers, computers or wall-mounted jacks. Ensure connectors click into place and cable is routed without excessive bending or tension. For patching racks and equipment, use the 7 m length to maintain tidy cable runs and avoid kinking.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid running the cable parallel to mains power lines for long distances and do not subject the cable to sharp bends or repeated heavy mechanical stress. If connecting in environments with strong electromagnetic interference, consider a shielded cable variant.
