Portfoliomap WEDO Collegemap DIN A4 met ingebouwde rekenmachine, zwart kunstleer

WEDO Collegemappe DIN A4 in black faux leather is a slim portfolio folder designed to keep A4 documents, notes and business cards organised. The folio integrates a compact calculator into the interior for quick arithmetic without needing a separate device. Inside are several pockets and slots that accommodate loose papers, a notepad and cards, while an external secure closure keeps contents in place during transport to meetings, school or business trips.

Advantages

The folder combines document storage and a built-in calculator in a single lightweight accessory, reducing the number of items to carry. The black faux leather exterior offers a professional appearance while remaining easy to clean. Internal pockets separate documents and cards to prevent bending and make retrieval faster. The integrated calculator is positioned for convenient use without removing papers, and the secure closure keeps everything protected during daily handling.

• Business meetings and presentations

• Office use for organising invoices, forms and memos
• Business travel and on-site appointments

How to use

Place A4 sheets and a writing pad into the main compartment and slide business cards into the card slots. Use the internal pockets to separate invoices or reference documents. Activate the built-in calculator when needed for quick sums or conversions; the calculator is intended for basic arithmetic and remains accessible without removing documents. Close the folio with the external fastening before transporting to ensure papers stay flat and secure.

Recommendations

Store the folder in a dry environment and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to preserve the faux leather finish. Replace the calculator battery as indicated by reduced display contrast or operation interruption. For best organisation, sort documents by priority into separate internal pockets and keep frequently used papers near the front for quick access.
