Pospole voor 38MM, metaalscharnier, nieuw verstelbaar, diepzwart

Most hinges simply swing open and closed, but this POSPOLE PP-TA38-05533-9005 adds a layer of control that standard hardware lacks. Built for 38mm panel applications, its integrated tension adjustment lets you set exactly how much resistance you want, so access doors and electronic enclosures stay put at any angle without slamming shut or drifting. The jet black powder-coated finish gives it a clean, modern look that disappears into professional equipment.

Highlights

• Adjustable friction mechanism: fine-tune rotation resistance to match the weight and feel of your panel.
• High-strength metal alloy construction with corrosion-resistant powder coating for long service life.
• Surface mount design with pre-drilled screw holes for straightforward installation on flat panels.
• 180° maximum opening angle provides full access to internal components.
• Low profile, modern aesthetic suited to electronic enclosures, access doors, and industrial panels.

In daily use

Installation is a simple screw-on task, and once mounted, the hinge stays exactly where you set it. The friction adjustment is integrated into the hinge body, so there are no external levers or knobs to snag on cables or clothing. Whether you are building a new enclosure or retrofitting an existing one, the consistent resistance across the full 180° range means the panel will hold its position securely, even under vibration or repeated use. The jet black finish resists fingerprints and minor abrasions, keeping your equipment looking sharp in the field or on the bench.
