Power-module Bachmann DESK2 met 2x CEE7/3 stopcontacten, 2x computeraansluitingen, 2x USB-oplader 22W, zwart, 0,2m GST

The Bachmann DESK2 power module is a compact desktop power solution that integrates two CEE7/3 mains sockets, two computer (CM) ports and two USB charging ports with a combined 22W output. Housed in a black enclosure and supplied with a 0.2 m GST connection lead, this module is designed to be mounted under desks or positioned on worktops to provide convenient AC power and USB charging for laptops, phones and desktop peripherals while keeping cables organised.

Advantages

The unit combines standard mains sockets and computer ports with USB charging in a single compact module, reducing the need for multiple adapters. Its low-profile black design is suitable for professional workstations and home offices and the short 0.2 m GST lead enables neat installation with common desk power rails or mounting points. The two USB ports share up to 22W, allowing simultaneous charging of mobile devices alongside powered equipment without taking up additional mains outlets.

Suitable for

• Desktop and home office workstations where convenient power and USB charging are required
• Meeting tables, reception desks and collaborative work areas
• Small office setups with peripheral devices such as monitors, printers and desk lamps
• Charging smartphones, tablets and USB-powered accessories while providing AC power to computers

When it may not be suitable

This module is intended for desktop and worktop use and is not a replacement for built-in electrical installations or heavy-duty power distribution in server rooms. It provides two standard mains sockets and limited USB charging power (22W combined), so it may not be suitable when fast charging of multiple high-power devices or powering several high-consumption appliances simultaneously is required.

Key specifications

• Number of mains sockets: 2 x CEE7/3
• Computer ports: 2 x CM (computer) ports
• USB charging: 2 ports, combined output 22W
• Color: black
• Cable/connection: 0.2 m GST lead for desk installation
• Form factor: compact desktop/worktop module

How to use

Connect the 0.2 m GST lead to a compatible desk power rail or an authorised GST inlet according to the installation environment. Plug mains-powered equipment into the two CEE7/3 sockets and connect computers or networked devices to the CM ports as required. Use the USB ports to charge smartphones, tablets and other USB-powered accessories; monitor the combined 22W USB output to avoid overloading when multiple devices are connected. Secure the module under a desk or on a worktop using manufacturer-recommended mounting methods to keep cables tidy and maintain safe access to sockets.

What to consider before purchase

• Ensure compatibility of the 0.2 m GST lead and inlet with your desk power system or mounting location
• Check that two CEE7/3 sockets and the available USB power meet the requirements of your devices
• Confirm required local electrical safety standards and installation rules for desk-mounted power modules

Recommendations

Install the Bachmann DESK2 in a dry, ventilated area and avoid placing heat sources directly against the unit. Distribute USB charging across devices to stay within the combined 22W limit and periodically inspect the GST connection and cables for wear. For permanent installations, follow local regulations and use qualified personnel for mounting and electrical connections.
