Power saw Energizer 3SA02 (apparaat zonder accu)

Cordless power saw Energizer 3SA02 (tool only, without battery) is a compact, portable reciprocating saw intended for cutting wood and common construction materials. Supplied as a bare tool, it is compatible with Energizer battery platforms so users can pair the saw with a matching battery and charger according to their existing toolkit. The design prioritizes mobility and straightforward operation for on-site jobs, renovations and general contractor or DIY tasks that require a lightweight but capable cutting tool.

Advantages

The Energizer 3SA02 offers a balance of portability and cutting performance thanks to its cordless design and ergonomic form factor. Being sold as a tool-only unit provides flexibility for customers who already own compatible batteries and chargers, reducing total cost and charger clutter. The saw's compact housing and reduced weight improve handling in confined spaces, while the straightforward controls make blade changes and basic adjustments quick and user-friendly.

Suitable for

• Cutting dimensional lumber and plywood
• Making rough cuts in drywall and plasterboard
• Trimming lumber and removing damaged sections on-site
• Utility and maintenance work in renovation projects
• Portable cutting tasks where mains power is unavailable

Key specifications

• Power source: cordless, compatible with Energizer battery platform (battery sold separately)
• Tool type: reciprocating/power saw for demolition and cutting tasks
• Design: compact, lightweight housing for improved maneuverability
• Blade mounting: standard quick-change blade clamp for common reciprocating blades
• Controls: single-handed operation with accessible trigger control and blade release
• Typical applications: wood, soft construction materials, plasterboard, and similar materials

How to use

Install a compatible Energizer battery following the manufacturer’s instructions and ensure the battery is fully charged before use. Fit a suitable reciprocating saw blade for the material to be cut and secure it using the blade clamp. Hold the tool with a firm two-handed grip where possible, position the blade at the intended cut line, start the saw and allow the blade to reach full speed before advancing. Apply steady, controlled pressure—do not force the blade through the material. After cutting, release the trigger, wait for the blade to stop, then remove the battery before performing blade changes or maintenance.

Recommendations

Use blades rated for the specific material (wood, composite, or plaster) and replace worn blades to maintain cutting efficiency. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment including safety glasses, hearing protection and gloves. For prolonged work, use a fully charged battery or a spare battery to maintain consistent cutting performance, and follow all safety and maintenance instructions provided by Energizer for battery handling and tool upkeep.
