The neutral grey color suits professional and business settings.

Suitable for

• Storing and presenting A4 documents and reports
• Organizing meeting materials and handouts
• Protecting contracts, invoices and certificates
• Use in offices, schools and small presentations

Key specifications

• Format: A4
• Material: opaque plastic, rigid (0.5 mm)
• Capacity: up to 150 standard sheets
• Closure: roundbands
• Color: grey
• Brand: FORPUS, MPN: FO21405

How to use

Place A4 documents under the wide inner flaps to hold them in position. Close the folder and secure it by stretching the roundbands around the folder’s edges to prevent papers from falling out. For best results, distribute sheets evenly across the flaps to maintain a flat profile and avoid overfilling beyond the stated capacity.

Recommendations

Store the folder flat or upright in a dry environment to avoid warping. Clean the plastic surface with a soft, dry cloth; avoid abrasive cleaners. Do not exceed the maximum capacity to preserve the folder’s shape and the integrity of stored documents.
