Privacyfilter monitor 3M PF290W2B

3M™ Privacy Filters deliver blackout privacy outside a 60-degree viewing cone while preserving a clear image for viewers positioned directly in front of the screen. The frameless 3M PF290W2B is made for 29" 21:9 monitors, has a scratch-resistant surface and weighs 0.386 kg for straightforward handling and installation. Its black finish and privacy filter technology protect on-screen information from side glances without adding a visible frame.

Advantages

The filter blocks side views beyond a 60° angle to prevent data exposure, offers a reversible finish with a glossy side for maximum clarity and a matte side to reduce glare and conceal fingerprints, and includes a scratch-resistant surface for durable everyday use. Its frameless design maintains the monitor’s appearance while providing lightweight protection suited to monitors with a 21:9 aspect ratio.

Recommendations

For optimal privacy and image quality, position the monitor at a normal viewing height and use the matte side in brightly lit environments. Regularly clean the filter with a soft, lint-free cloth and a mild screen cleaner; avoid abrasive materials. Verify compatibility with your monitor’s bezel and mounting system before installation.
