Projector Optoma UHZ58LV (E3P7NF1E111) laser DLP UHD 4K (3840×2160) 3000 ANSI lumen zwart

Optoma UHZ58LV is a laser DLP projector with native UHD 4K (3840×2160) resolution and 3000 ANSI lumens brightness. It supports HDR10+ for improved contrast and colour reproduction, operates quietly, and provides reliable laser light source performance suitable for sustained use in home cinema and professional presentation environments.

Advantages

The projector combines a native 4K DLP imaging engine with a laser light source to deliver sharp detail, consistent brightness over time, and low maintenance. With 3000 ANSI lumens it can produce bright images in dim to moderately lit rooms, while HDR10+ support enhances dynamic range and colour depth. Additional features such as 3D capability, built-in speaker(s), Ethernet LAN and RS-232 control broaden its usability for both home and corporate setups.

Suitable for

• Home cinema setups requiring native 4K image quality
• Small to medium conference rooms and meeting spaces
• Fixed installations where reliable long-life light source is needed
• Applications needing Ethernet or RS-232 control integration

When it may not be suitable

This projector may be less suitable for very large, brightly lit auditoriums where much higher brightness is required than 3000 ANSI lumens. It may also be unnecessary for casual users who do not need native 4K resolution or advanced installation control features.

How to use

Place the projector on a stable surface or mount it according to installation requirements, align it with the screen for a 16:9 image, and connect source devices via the appropriate input or network connection. Use on-screen menus or RS-232/Ethernet control to adjust image settings, enable HDR10+ where supported, and configure 3D output if needed. Follow the manufacturer's guidelines for ventilation and allow proper cooling during extended operation.

What to consider before purchase

• Room size and ambient light level to determine if 3000 ANSI lumens is sufficient
• Whether native 4K resolution and HDR10+ support are required for your content
• Installation needs: fixed mount, ventilation space, and available control interfaces (Ethernet/RS-232)
• Audio requirements—built-in speakers may be limited for large rooms
• Weight and mounting options if ceiling installation is planned

Recommendations

For best results in home cinema, use a darkened room and a high-gain screen to maximise perceived contrast and detail from the native 4K laser projection. In professional settings, integrate the projector with Ethernet or RS-232 control systems for centralized management and schedule regular ventilation checks during prolonged use.
