ViewSonic PX704HD dataprojector standaardprojector 4000 ANSI lumen DMD 1080p (1920x1080) wit

The ViewSonic PX704HD is a DMD lamp projector offering 4000 ANSI lumens brightness and native Full HD 1080p (1920x1080) resolution. Designed for home entertainment and business presentations, it supports projection sizes up to 300" and a compatible screen range of approximately 762–7620 mm. The projector uses a 0.65" DMD chip to deliver a high native contrast ratio and richer dark-scene detail. Physical features include manual focus, a focal length range of 10.2–12.24 mm and a compact white enclosure weighing about 2.7 kg. For connectivity it provides two HDMI inputs and a 5V/1.5A USB-A port to power HDMI wireless dongles and other accessories. Software updates can be applied easily using a laptop and USB cable.

Advantages

High brightness of 4000 ANSI lumens enables clear, vivid images even in rooms with ambient light, while native 1080p resolution ensures sharp, detailed visuals for video and presentations. The 0.65" DMD chip and elevated native contrast ratio improve reproduction of dark and bright scenes. Dual HDMI ports support flexible multimedia connections and reduce the need to swap source devices. The integrated 5V/1.5A USB-A output powers streaming dongles directly, removing the requirement for separate power adapters. Automatic vertical keystone correction simplifies installation by maintaining proportioned images when the projector is tilted, and USB-based software updates minimize maintenance effort.

Suitable for

• Home cinema and streaming movies in medium to large rooms
• Business presentations and conference rooms with ambient light
• Classroom and training environments requiring clear text and video
• Events and temporary installations where portability and simple setup matter

For system maintenance and firmware updates, connect the projector to a laptop with a USB cable and follow the manufacturer's update procedure.

Recommendations

For best image quality, dim ambient lighting and project onto a neutral, matte projection screen sized appropriately for the viewing distance. Use the HDMI input for high-definition sources and power compatible wireless dongles from the USB-A port to avoid external power adapters. Periodically check for firmware updates via USB to ensure optimal performance and compatibility.
