Quadrios 23CA225 warmtekrimpkous 40mm/20mm 2:1 zwart 1m

Electricians and maintenance technicians use this heat shrink tubing to insulate and protect cable splices, wire bundles and connectors in industrial and automotive environments. The black polyolefin sleeve has a supplied diameter of 40 mm and recovers to 20 mm when heated, giving a 2:1 shrink ratio. It is not adhesive lined, so it slides easily over components before shrinking.

Why choose it

This tubing provides reliable electrical insulation and mechanical protection. It resists abrasion and chemicals, and its wide operating range suits both cold and hot environments. The 2:1 shrink ratio ensures a tight fit over irregular shapes.

Ideal use cases

• Insulating splices and terminations
• Bundling wires in control panels
• Protecting cables from abrasion
• Repairing damaged insulation

Good to know

Use a heat gun to apply even heat until the tubing fully recovers. Avoid overheating to prevent damage. The tubing is RoHS compliant.
