Quadrios 25CA730 Lijmgecoate warmtekrimpkous 4:1, zwart, 20 mm tot 5 mm, 5 m

Protecting and sealing electrical connections in demanding environments can be a challenge. This heat shrink tubing with adhesive lining provides a reliable, waterproof seal for splices, connectors, and cable repairs. When heated, it shrinks to a quarter of its original diameter while the inner adhesive melts to create a moisture-resistant barrier.

Who is it for

Electricians, automotive technicians, and DIY enthusiasts who need durable insulation and environmental protection for wire joints, especially in outdoor or vibration-prone applications.

Main features

• 4:1 shrink ratio for a tight fit over connectors and irregular shapes
• Adhesive lining seals out moisture and provides strain relief
• Cross-linked polyolefin construction resists abrasion and chemicals
• Wide operating temperature range from -55°C to +125°C
• Self-extinguishing VW-1 flammability rating for safety

Specifications

• Initial diameter: 20 mm
• Shrunk diameter: 5 mm
• Length: 5 m
• Colour: Black
• Material: Cross-linked polyolefin
• Minimum shrink temperature: 70°C
• Full recovery temperature: 110°C
• Dielectric strength: >15 kV/mm
• Tensile strength: >10.4 MPa
• Voltage rating: 600 V

Tips

Use a heat gun set to 110°C for full recovery. Slide the tubing over the connection before crimping or soldering, then apply heat evenly from the centre outward to avoid air pockets.
