Raamhor Tesa Insect Stop Comfort 55918-00020-00 1200 x 2400 mm wit

Tesa Insect Stop Comfort 1200 x 2400 mm in white is a large insect screen panel designed to be installed on windows or door openings to prevent the entry of flying insects while preserving natural airflow and daylight. The screen is intended for retrofit fitting or integration into new frames where a wide coverage area is required. The neutral white frame and fine mesh maintain visibility and ventilation while providing a practical barrier against mosquitoes, flies and other small insects.

Advantages

The panel combines a rigid frame with a fine, durable mesh to offer reliable insect protection without compromising ventilation. Its sizeable dimensions cover large window or door openings, reducing the need for multiple smaller screens or frequent use of chemical repellents. The white finish integrates discreetly with many interior and exterior decors and the flat panel design supports straightforward handling during installation and maintenance.

Key specifications

• Panel dimensions: 1200 x 2400 mm
• Colour: white frame
• Construction: rigid frame with fine insect mesh
• Intended use: window and door insect protection
• Airflow: allows natural ventilation while blocking insects

How to use

Measure the opening to confirm compatibility with the 1200 x 2400 mm panel before installation. Secure the panel into the existing window or door frame according to the mounting method appropriate for the frame type — the panel can be fitted as a retrofit insert or integrated into new installations. Ensure the edges are aligned and sealed as needed so the mesh sits taut within the frame, preventing gaps where insects could enter. For cleaning, remove loose dust with a soft brush or vacuum on a low setting and wipe the frame with a damp cloth.

Recommendations

For best performance, check the panel periodically for damage or accumulated debris and maintain a tight fit at all edges. Use the product in combination with regular window and door maintenance to ensure long-term insect protection and ventilation efficiency.
