Ratelsjorbindband IWH 25 mm x 5,0 m, trekkracht 800 kg

IWH ratchet tie down strap, 25 mm wide and 5.0 m long, with a rated load capacity of 800 kg. The strap is equipped with a ratchet mechanism that allows controlled tensioning and secure locking to restrain cargo during transport or storage. Constructed for repeated use in vehicle loading, roof rack fastening and general cargo securing, the design balances compact storage with functional strength for DIY, commercial and moving tasks.

Advantages

The 25 mm width and 5.0 m length provide a practical combination of reach and handling for medium-duty loads. The ratchet mechanism enables precise tension adjustment and a secure lock that resists loosening under vibration. The polyester webbing resists abrasion and moisture while retaining high tensile strength; metal components are designed for repeated operation. The strap’s rated load capacity of 800 kg is specified for safe working conditions when used according to guidelines.

How to use

Thread the free end of the strap through the ratchet spool and attach the hook or end fitting to a secure anchor point. Pull the free end to remove slack, then operate the ratchet handle to tension the strap until the cargo is firm and immobilized. Ensure the webbing is seated correctly in the ratchet and the mechanism is fully locked before transport. To release, open the ratchet pawl and allow the spool to unwind slowly while controlling the free end of the strap.

Recommendations

Inspect the strap and ratchet hardware for fraying, cuts, rust or deformation before each use. Do not exceed the rated load capacity and avoid sharp edges or objects that may damage the webbing; use edge protectors if necessary. Store the strap dry and away from direct sunlight to prolong life. Follow vehicle and cargo regulations applicable in your area when transporting goods.
