Spanband IWH 079421, 25 mm x 5,0 m, draagvermogen 220 kg

The IWH lashing strap 25 mm x 5.0 m with a rated load capacity of 220 kg is a textile securing strap intended for tying down light loads, bundling items and preventing movement during transport. Its 25 mm width and 5.0 m length provide sufficient reach for securing goods on roof racks, in vans, trailers or within storage areas. Constructed for repeated use where moderate holding strength is required, the strap is suitable for workshop, home and vehicle applications.

Advantages

The strap’s 25 mm width distributes tension across a wider surface to reduce pressure points on packaged goods. A 5.0 m working length allows flexible anchoring and fastening options without the need for extensions. With a rated load capacity of 220 kg, the strap balances compact size and reliable holding power for light cargo. The fabric construction resists abrasion from normal handling and can be coiled for convenient storage.

Key specifications

How to use

Wrap the strap around the object or through anchor points and feed the free end through the chosen buckle or tensioning device, then pull to remove slack and apply the required tension. Ensure the strap lies flat and is not twisted to achieve even load distribution. For items on vehicles, route the strap through appropriate tie-down points and avoid sharp edges that could abrade the webbing. After use, release tension, coil the strap neatly and store it in a dry place away from direct sunlight.

Recommendations

Check the strap for visible damage, fraying or cuts before each use and do not exceed the rated load capacity of 220 kg. Avoid exposure to chemicals, excessive heat or sharp edges that can weaken the webbing. For heavier or critical loads, use a higher-capacity securing system and follow vehicle or cargo regulations applicable to your region.
