Spanband IWH 079422, 25 mm x 5 m, draagvermogen 560 kg, rood

Lashing strap IWH 079422, 25 mm x 5 m, load capacity 560 kg, red is a transport strap designed for securing cargo during road transport. The strap is 25 mm wide and 5 m long, providing a compact solution for manual tightening and fastening. Its rated load capacity of 560 kg is suitable for restraining medium-weight loads such as boxes, equipment and palletised goods inside vans, trailers and small trucks to reduce shifting and protect items from damage.

Advantages

The strap combines a narrow 25 mm webbing with sufficient tensile strength for many everyday transport tasks, and its 5 m length gives flexibility when securing different load sizes. The compact design facilitates manual handling and storage when not in use. The red colour improves visibility during loading and inspection. The strap is suitable for repeated use in light commercial and private transport situations.

How to use

Pass the strap around the load and through or around appropriate anchor points in the vehicle, then engage the tightening mechanism according to its design to eliminate slack. Ensure the webbing lies flat without twists and that the load is centred and restrained from forward, backward and lateral movement. Check the strap and fastenings before departure and re-check tension after a short distance. Avoid knots or sharp bends that could reduce the strap's effective strength.

Recommendations

Inspect the strap for cuts, abrasion, chemical damage or deteriorated stitching before each use. Do not exceed the rated load capacity of 560 kg. Store the strap dry and away from direct sunlight and oils to prolong service life. Replace the strap if any damage or significant wear is found.
