Sjorbindband IWH 079425, 35 mm x 5,0 m, draagvermogen 2000 kg

Lashing strap IWH 079425 is a 35 mm wide, 5.0 m long transport strap designed to secure cargo during transit. With a rated load capacity of 2000 kg, this IWH strap is intended for tie-down tasks on vehicles, trailers and in storage environments where reliable restraint and reduced load movement are required. The webbing and fittings are engineered to withstand normal transport stresses and to help protect goods from shifting and damage.

Advantages

The strap offers a clear load rating of 2000 kg and a length of 5.0 m that accommodates a wide range of lashing positions. Its 35 mm width balances strength and flexibility for easier handling and routing through anchor points. The construction minimises elongation under load and provides consistent tensioning performance during repeated use.

How to use

Pass the strap through or around the cargo and anchor points, ensuring the webbing lies flat without twists. Engage the tensioning mechanism to apply adequate restraint, checking that the cargo is held firmly but not excessively compressed. Inspect the strap alignment and attachment points after tensioning and again after a short distance of travel to confirm no slippage. Release the tensioning mechanism according to the manufacturer's guidance when unloading.

Recommendations

Inspect the strap for cuts, fraying, or damaged fittings before each use. Do not exceed the rated load capacity of 2000 kg, avoid sharp edges or abrasive contacts without edge protection, and store the strap in a dry, ventilated place away from prolonged sunlight and chemicals to maintain performance and service life.
