Spanband IWH 079420, 25 mm × 2,5 m, draagvermogen 220 kg

Lashing strap IWH 079420 is a 25 mm wide, 2.5 m long securing strap designed to fasten light to medium loads during transport or storage. With a rated load capacity of 220 kg, this compact strap is suitable for holding cargo, equipment and luggage in place on vehicles, trailers or in storage areas. The strap's dimensions and strength make it a practical tool for both DIY and professional use where controlled tension and reliable restraint are needed.

Advantages

The strap combines narrow width with a moderate working length to offer a balance between portability and securing capability. Its rated load capacity of 220 kg provides sufficient restraint for many everyday transport tasks without the bulk of heavy-duty ratchet straps. The lightweight construction makes it easy to store and handle, while the simple design allows quick application and release. Material choice and construction ensure resistance to regular wear encountered in transport and storage environments.

How to use

Thread the strap around the load or through anchor points on the vehicle or storage fixture, then secure using the strap's fastening mechanism. Adjust the strap length to remove slack and apply sufficient tension to hold the load stable without over-tensioning. After transport or storage, release the fastener and unwind the strap for storage. Inspect the strap for signs of wear or damage before each use and replace if any compromise to integrity is found.

Recommendations

Use the strap within its rated load capacity of 220 kg and avoid using it for lifting or overhead hoisting. Ensure anchor points are rated for the applied loads and distribute tension to prevent concentrated pressure on fragile items. Store the strap dry and away from prolonged sunlight to minimise material degradation.
