Raynox lensconverter UAC 2000 2x vergroting — compatibel met de meeste camera's

Raynox UAC 2000 is a 2x magnification lens converter designed to mount in front of compatible camera lenses to double the subject size in the frame. Lightweight and portable, this converter provides a straightforward way to increase apparent focal length for close-up, detail and telephoto work without changing the primary lens. The compact design preserves handling and balance while allowing photographers to extend reach quickly when framing distant subjects or isolating small details.

Advantages

The converter delivers a simple optical multiplication of focal length with minimal added bulk, enabling twice the magnification of the existing lens. Its construction is focused on maintaining image quality across the frame while remaining lightweight for handheld and travel use. Mounting in front of a wide range of lenses makes it a flexible accessory for users who need greater reach without carrying additional telephoto lenses.

Suitable for

• Nature and wildlife shots where extra reach is needed
• Close-up and detail photography of small subjects
• Sports and events when a longer apparent focal length helps isolate action
• Travel and street photography requiring a compact telephoto solution

Key specifications

• Magnification: 2×
• Mounting: slips in front of compatible camera lenses
• Weight: lightweight, designed for handheld use
• Form factor: compact and portable converter
• Primary use: increases apparent focal length for close-up and telephoto applications

How to use

Attach the converter to the front of a compatible lens following the manufacturer’s alignment marks or adapter instructions. After mounting, check focus and framing since effective focal length and depth of field will change; autofocus performance may vary depending on camera and lens combinations. For best results, use steady support or increase shutter speed to compensate for the higher effective focal length. Remove the converter when full original field of view is required.

Recommendations

Test the converter on your primary lenses before critical shoots to confirm compatibility and autofocus behavior. Use appropriate lens protection and a lens hood if available to reduce stray light and maintain contrast. When shooting handheld at the increased effective focal length, enable image stabilization if available or use a tripod for low-light or high-precision work.
