How to use

Set the backrest to the desired incline position before beginning an exercise. Secure your legs under the integrated leg lock when performing sit-ups, decline crunches or other core movements to maintain stability. For incline presses, position the bench so the feet are flat on the floor and grip the weights with controlled motion while keeping the back in contact with the padding. Adjust the seat and backrest between sets as needed to change the muscle emphasis.

Recommendations

Inspect all fasteners and the leg lock before each session and tighten if necessary. Use appropriate weight increments and maintain controlled technique to protect the back and shoulders. For machine longevity, keep the bench clean and dry, and avoid exposing it to excessive moisture or direct outdoor conditions.
