REPERO 722E Super Bond zelfvulkaniserende tape 19 mm x 3 m zwart

With a dielectric strength of 30 kV/mm, this self-vulcanizing tape delivers exceptional electrical insulation for demanding repairs. REPERO 722E Super Bond is a professional-grade ethylene propylene rubber (EPR) tape that fuses to itself without adhesive, creating a seamless, waterproof barrier. At 19 mm wide and 3 m long, it’s ideal for cable insulation, moisture sealing, and corrosion protection in industrial, automotive, and outdoor applications.

Overview

The REPERO 722E Super Bond tape is engineered for long-term reliability in harsh environments. Its self-amalgamating properties mean it bonds only to itself, leaving no sticky residue on cables or connectors. Once wrapped, it cures into a homogeneous, flexible rubber sleeve that withstands temperatures from -40°C to +90°C and resists UV, water, and chemicals. Whether you're repairing damaged insulation, sealing splices, or protecting connections from moisture, this tape provides a durable, professional finish.

What stands out

• Self-vulcanizing EPR formulation—no adhesive, no residue
• Outstanding elongation (>900%) for tight wrapping and conformability
• Excellent dielectric strength (30 kV/mm) for safe electrical insulation up to 1 kV
• Waterproof and weatherproof—ideal for outdoor and underground use
• Withstands extreme temperatures from -40°C to +90°C
• UV and chemical resistant for long service life
