Resttonerreservoir Konica Minolta A161R72811 — laser-vervangingsonderdeel, bereik 30000 pagina's

Konica Minolta A161R72811 is a toner collector designed for compatible Konica Minolta laser printers. It collects residual waste toner produced during the imaging process, preventing contamination of internal components and helping to maintain consistent print quality. The component is intended for service replacements and routine maintenance, with an estimated capacity to handle waste toner equivalent to about 30,000 printed pages under typical usage conditions.

Advantages

The toner collector provides controlled containment of used toner, reducing the risk of toner spills and internal contamination. By removing accumulated waste toner from the imaging path, it supports stable print density and reduces the likelihood of streaks, spots, or other print defects. The unit is manufactured to fit original equipment specifications, which simplifies replacement during service and helps ensure reliable mechanical and electrical compatibility with the printer.

Suitable for

• Routine maintenance and scheduled service of Konica Minolta laser printers
• Technician replacement during imaging subsystem repair
• High-volume office environments requiring consistent print quality
• Environments where correct waste toner management is necessary to prevent contamination

Key specifications

• Function: waste toner collection for laser imaging systems
• Estimated waste toner capacity: suitable for approximately 30,000 A4 pages under typical conditions
• Compatibility: designed for Konica Minolta laser printer models requiring this style of toner collector
• Form factor: service-replaceable cartridge intended for installation in the printer’s waste toner chamber
• Material: toner-safe containment materials to minimise leakage during handling and operation

How to use

Install the toner collector according to the printer service manual or the instructions provided by an authorised technician. Power off the printer and allow moving parts to stop before accessing the waste toner compartment. Remove the old collector carefully to avoid toner dispersion, and insert the replacement unit until it seats securely. After replacement, reset any waste-toner counters if required by the printer firmware and run a test print to confirm normal operation.

Recommendations

Handle the toner collector with care to avoid spills; store unused units in a dry, dust-free area away from direct sunlight. Use original or manufacturer-recommended service parts and follow scheduled maintenance intervals to maintain print quality and minimise downtime.
