Ringband Herlitz maX.file Fresh Colour A4 blauw D-ring

The Herlitz maX.file Fresh Colour A4 Blue D-ring is a durable ring binder designed to store and organize A4 documents. Constructed for everyday use in school, office, and home environments, this binder offers a vibrant blue cover and a D-ring mechanism that keeps papers flat and aligned. The binder is part of the Fresh Colour range and provides a practical solution for filing, protecting and transporting printed materials, worksheets and loose-leaf documents.

Advantages

The D-ring mechanism increases capacity and reduces page curling compared with round rings, helping documents lie flat for easier reading and copying. The sturdy cover material resists wear and provides consistent protection for contents during handling and transport. The clear labeling spine and uniform A4 format simplify identification and filing on shelves. The binder’s color makes it easy to differentiate by subject or project.

Suitable for

• Organizing school notes, handouts and exercise sheets
• Storing office reports, project files and meeting documents
• Keeping home records, manuals and important papers in one place
• Creating subject- or client-specific file sets by color-coding

Key specifications

• Format: A4 capacity suitable for standard A4 paper
• Ring type: D-ring mechanism for improved paper alignment
• Color: blue cover for visual identification
• Cover: rigid protective cover for everyday handling
• Spine: visible spine area for labeling and shelf storage

How to use

Open the binder’s D-ring mechanism and insert punched A4 paper or plastic sleeves onto the rings. Close the rings until they click to secure pages in place. Place a label in the spine area to indicate contents, then store the binder upright on a shelf or transport it in a carrying bag. To add or remove documents, open the rings fully, adjust the contents, and close them again. Avoid overfilling beyond the binder’s capacity to maintain ring alignment and prevent damage to the cover or pages.

Recommendations

For long-term preservation of important documents, use punched reinforcements on frequently handled sheets and consider clear plastic sleeves for loose or thin papers. Store the binder away from direct sunlight and excessive humidity to maintain cover color and paper condition.
