Rittal AX 2394.350 rackrail — staal, 4-pack, 1,3 kg

The Rittal AX 2394.350 rack rail is a set of four steel mounting rails supplied as a single pack with a combined weight of 1.3 kg. Designed for use inside server and network enclosures, these rails provide stable structural support for mounting equipment and accessories without the need for additional machining. They are compatible with enclosure side and roof mounting and create extra mounting space for punched sections, lights, switches and cable management accessories.

Advantages

Made from steel for reliable load-bearing capacity, the rails are intended for industrial cabinets, data center racks and telecom installations where robust and durable mounting points are required. Supplied as a pack of four, they allow symmetrical fitting and flexible placement inside the enclosure. Installation does not require machining, which reduces preparation time and preserves enclosure integrity. The design supports a range of VX punched sections and common accessory types.

How to use

Position the rails inside the enclosure at the desired side or roof mounting points and secure them using the enclosure's existing fastening points. No machining of the enclosure is required; align the rails with the available holes or slots and fasten with appropriate screws or bolts. Once installed, the rails provide mounting points for VX punched sections, mounted accessories or directly mounted equipment. Check alignment and fastening torque to ensure even load distribution and stable support.

Recommendations

For safe and long-lasting installation, verify load limits of the enclosure and distribute mounted equipment evenly across the rails. Use hardware compatible with the enclosure's thread or slot system and follow site-specific grounding and earthing procedures when installing electrical equipment.
