Rittal raamklemmen voor NH-zekeringen SV 9344.620 metaal — voor NH-zekeringlastscheiders 1 + 2

Metal frame clamps by Rittal designed for NH fuse systems and compatible with NH fuse load disconnect switches 1 + 2. These clamps secure NH fuse carriers inside switchgear and distribution panels, providing stable mechanical fixation of NH fuses in commercial and industrial electrical installations. The product is intended to integrate with standard NH fuse holders and mounting frames used in low-voltage distribution equipment.

Advantages

The Rittal metal frame clamps offer robust mechanical support and precise alignment for NH fuse carriers, reducing the risk of movement or contact misalignment under vibration or thermal cycling. Constructed from durable metal, the clamps provide corrosion-resistant performance suitable for indoor switchboards. Their design ensures straightforward integration with common NH fuse load disconnect switch assemblies, enabling consistent and repeatable mounting during installation or maintenance.

Key specifications

How to use

Install the frame clamps by positioning them on the designated mounting frame or fuse holder in the switchgear, ensuring correct orientation for the NH fuse carrier. Fasten the clamps with the appropriate screws or mounting hardware supplied by the switchgear manufacturer, taking care to achieve firm but not over-torqued fixation. After securing the clamps, insert the NH fuse carrier and verify proper mechanical engagement and electrical isolation before re-energizing the circuit. Follow the switchgear manufacturer's instructions and local electrical safety procedures during installation and maintenance.

Recommendations

Use the clamps only with compatible NH fuse holders and load disconnect switches. Inspect mounting points for corrosion or damage before installation, and replace clamps that show permanent deformation or significant wear. Tighten fasteners to the torque values recommended by the switchgear manufacturer and perform a visual and mechanical check after installation.
