Roadinger flightcase PLL-480 4x LED – beschermkoffer voor 4 LED-spots

Flightcase Roadinger PLL-480 4x LED is a hard protective transport case engineered to hold and secure four LED fixtures. The case combines a robust exterior shell with padded interior fittings to protect lighting equipment from impacts, vibration and dust during transport and storage. Designed for professional use, it offers organized placement and quick access to fixtures while minimising the risk of damage on tour, at events or in rental operations.

Advantages

The construction features reinforced corners, durable latches and recessed handles for safe handling and stacking. Interior foam or fitted compartments cushion fixtures and reduce movement, while the rigid outer panels resist deformation and abrasion. The case is designed to be lightweight relative to its protective capacity, enabling easier handling by crew and technicians. Its layout provides orderly storage and simplifies inventory and setup processes.

How to use

Place each LED fixture into its designated compartment, ensuring any removable accessories such as lenses, gels or barn doors are stored separately or secured inside the case. Close the lid and engage all latches, then use recessed handles to lift and move the case. For stacking, align reinforced corners and ensure the load is stable. Regularly inspect interior padding and external hardware for wear and replace damaged components to maintain protection levels.

Recommendations

When preparing for transport, secure cables and small accessories in separate pouches to avoid pressure on fixture housings. Avoid overloading compartments with non-design items and store the case in a dry, temperature-stable environment to prolong materials and foam life.
