Roadinger rack 4U Profi 30109163, diepte 25 cm, 19 inch-apparatuurframe

Roadinger Rack 4U Profi 30109163 is a compact 19" equipment frame with 4U usable height and a 25 cm mounting depth. The rack is built from steel with standard 19" mounting rails and provides a stable platform for audio, network and AV devices where space is limited. Its narrow depth and rigid construction make it suitable for small studios, DJ rigs, mobile installations and wall- or stand-mounted setups that require standard rack compatibility in a reduced footprint.

Advantages

The rack offers a space-saving 4U profile combined with standard 19" rails, allowing straightforward installation of rack-mountable devices. Steel construction ensures mechanical stability and protection for mounted units while the 25 cm depth accommodates shallow equipment such as patch panels, compact amplifiers, routers and signal processors. The open-frame design improves ventilation and access to rear connections, and its compact size simplifies transport and integration into limited spaces.

How to use

Install 19" compatible equipment by aligning device rack ears with the front mounting rails and securing with appropriate rack screws. Measure device depth including rear connectors before mounting to ensure compatibility with the 25 cm internal depth. Use cage nuts or threaded rails as required by the mounted hardware. When deploying network or AV gear, leave a small clearance for airflow and cable routing; secure heavy modules to prevent movement during transport.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, verify that each mounted device fits within the 25 cm depth including connectors and cable bends. Combine the rack with cable management accessories and ventilation space to maintain signal integrity and cooling. When using the rack in portable setups, fasten mounted units and consider additional mounting plates or shock-absorbing fixtures to reduce strain during transport.
