ROTHENBERGER PURE H2O S demineralisatiepatroon 2000L VDI 2035

For closed heating and cooling circuits, water quality is the difference between decades of reliable operation and premature failure. The ROTHENBERGER PURE H2O S Demineralization Cartridge goes beyond ordinary softening to deliver fully demineralized water—up to 2000 liters at 20°dH—stripping out virtually all dissolved minerals to prevent limescale, sludge, and corrosion from the very first fill. Its high-performance mixed-bed ion exchange resin reduces hardness by up to 100%, producing water with conductivity below 10 µS/cm and a neutral pH of approximately 7, exactly what modern condensing boilers, heat pumps, and chilled water systems demand.

Highlights

• High-performance mixed-bed resin reduces water hardness by up to 100%
• Output conductivity below 10 µS/cm with neutral pH (~7) for optimal system protection
• Visual color change indicator signals resin exhaustion at a glance
• Robust plastic housing withstands up to 6 bar pressure and 60°C
• Flexible installation: vertical or horizontal mounting

In daily use

Connect the cartridge to your filling line via its G 3/4" internal thread and let water flow at up to 1000 l/h. The treated water meets the demanding requirements of modern condensing boilers, heat pumps, and chilled water systems. Because the resin is not regenerable, the cartridge is simply replaced when the color indicator changes—no maintenance, no downtime. Each unit offers an exchange capacity of approximately 100 mol, making it ideal for initial fills and top-ups in residential and light commercial installations.
