Advantages

The tool provides precise depth adjustment for repeatable routing results and a stable motor that maintains consistent speed under load. The construction uses durable materials to withstand routine workshop use, and the simple controls make it suitable for both experienced woodworkers and home DIY users.

Suitable for

• Edge trimming and profiling of solid wood and veneered panels
• Cutting shallow grooves and dados for joinery
• Creating decorative edges and chamfers on furniture components
• Trimming laminate and finishing work on doors and cabinetry

Key specifications

• Compact hand-held router/trimmer format for tight spaces
• Adjustable depth settings for controlled cutting depth
• Ergonomic handle design for improved grip and comfort
• High-speed motor designed for router and trimming tasks
• Durable construction suitable for workshop and DIY use

How to use

Secure the workpiece and select an appropriate cutter for the intended operation. Adjust the depth stop to the required cutting depth, clamp the setting if available, and ensure the cutter is properly tightened. Start the motor and allow it to reach full speed before engaging the workpiece; move the router steadily along the cut line with controlled pressure. For grooving or profiling, make multiple shallow passes rather than removing large amounts of material at once to preserve cutter life and achieve a cleaner finish. Always disconnect power before changing bits or making adjustments.

Recommendations

Use sharp, compatible router bits and reduce feed rate on hardwoods to maintain control. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including eye and hearing protection, and follow local safety regulations when operating power tools.
