How to use

Install the blade on a compatible cutting tool following the tool manufacturer’s mounting and safety instructions. Ensure the blade is securely fastened and the arbor size matches the tool. Use appropriate feed rate and cutting speed for the material being cut, and avoid forcing the blade to prevent overheating or premature wear. Keep the work area stable and support materials to maintain a straight, accurate cut line.

Recommendations

Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including safety glasses, hearing protection and a dust mask when cutting. Use water cooling or intermittent cutting where applicable to extend blade life when working with hard, abrasive materials. Inspect the blade before use for damage and replace if segments are worn or the blade shows signs of cracking.
