S/FTP CAT6 netwerkkabel Wirewin 7m rood

The Wirewin S/FTP CAT6 networking cable, 7 meters long with RJ-45 connectors on both ends, provides up to 1000 Mbit/s data transfer. Constructed with 100% copper conductors and an LSZH jacket, the cable combines reliable signal transmission with lower smoke and halogen emissions. Its slim profile and special connector boot make installation in tight spaces easier while protecting the connector from damage.

Advantages

This Cat6 S/FTP patch cord uses full copper conductors and an LSZH coating to ensure stable performance and reduced hazardous emissions in case of fire. The special boot design simplifies connector insertion and offers additional protection for the plug. Available in multiple colours and lengths, the cable supports flexible identification and routing in structured cabling environments.

Suitable for

• Home networking and internet connection
• Office workstations and small business networks
• Connecting routers, switches and network-enabled devices
• Structured cabling where low-smoke, halogen-free materials are required

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into your network device (router, switch or computer) and the other into the corresponding port on the destination device. Route the slim cable along walls or through cable channels to minimize visibility and avoid sharp bends. Ensure connectors click into place for a secure connection.

Recommendations

For reliable long-term performance, avoid installing the cable near strong electromagnetic sources or heat sources, and maintain bend radii greater than the connector width. Choose the red 7 m length when you need a visible, mid-run connection between nearby network devices.
