Safetex thermisch verzinkte schakel WLL 4.750kg| gebogen vorm met 3/4 schroefbout

When lifting or securing heavy loads in harsh environments, substandard shackles can fail, leading to costly downtime or safety incidents. The SAFETEX SH1-04.75 bow shackle eliminates that risk with a forged high-tensile steel body and hot-dip galvanized finish, delivering a massive 4750 kg working load limit. Its generous bow shape accommodates multiple sling legs or larger fittings, while the 3/4-inch screw pin ensures a secure, vibration-resistant connection. Built for marine, construction, and industrial rigging, this shackle shrugs off corrosion and stands up to daily abuse.

Tips

Inspect the shackle before each use for deformation, cracks, or thread damage. Always match the shackle's WLL to the load and rigging configuration, and never exceed the rated capacity. Hand-tighten the screw pin fully, then back off slightly to prevent seizing under load. Store in a dry place when not in use to maximize service life.
