Samsung Odyssey OLED G8 G80SH 32 inch 4K UHD QD-OLED gamingmonitor 240Hz 0,03ms wit (LS32HG800SUXEN)

The Samsung Odyssey OLED G8 (G80SH) is a 32-inch 4K UHD gaming monitor built around a flat QD-OLED panel. It pairs a 3840 x 2160 resolution with a 240 Hz refresh rate and a 0.03 ms (GtG) response time, so fast-paced action stays sharp and fluid. Self-lit QD-OLED pixels deliver true blacks, an effectively infinite 1,500,000:1 contrast ratio and over a billion colours, while a glare-free coating keeps highlights and shadow detail visible even in bright rooms.

Advantages

QD-OLED technology produces vivid, accurate colour and pixel-level contrast that conventional LCD panels cannot match. The 240 Hz refresh rate combined with AMD FreeSync Premium Pro removes stutter, lag and screen tearing, and VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500 with HDR10+ Gaming lifts peak highlights to around 1000 nits for high-impact HDR. A full-bandwidth DisplayPort 2.1 (UHBR20) input and dual HDMI 2.1 ports carry uncompressed 4K/240 Hz signal, and a built-in USB-C connection supplies up to 98 W of power delivery to a connected laptop.

Suitable for

• Competitive and AAA gamers who want 4K detail at a high 240 Hz frame rate
• Content creators needing wide DCI-P3 colour and 10-bit depth
• Single-cable laptop setups using USB-C 98 W power delivery
• Anyone who wants OLED contrast in a bright, reflection-prone room

Use the USB-C port to drive and charge a compatible laptop with a single cable, and enable AMD FreeSync Premium Pro and HDR in your graphics driver and the on-screen menu to get the smoothest, highest-contrast image.

Recommendations

For the cleanest motion at 4K, drive the monitor from a GPU with DisplayPort 2.1 or HDMI 2.1 and a high-bandwidth cable. As with any OLED, leave the built-in panel-care features (pixel refresh and screen shift) enabled to protect long-term image quality.
