The SAMURA Shadow universal knife solves that with a 120 mm AUS-8 stainless steel blade hardened to 58 HRC, delivering precise cuts for fruits, vegetables, and small meats. The black oxide coating reduces friction and protects the blade, while the non-slip ABS handle ensures a secure grip even with wet hands.
