SATA-kabel DeLOCK 0,5 m SATA III 7-polig rood

The DeLOCK 0.5m SATA III 7-pin cable in red is an ultra-flexible internal SATA data cable designed for use in compact PC chassis and tight installation spaces. With a length of 0.5 m and standard SATA 7-pin connectors on both ends, the cable supports data transfer rates up to 6 Gb/s and is backward compatible with earlier SATA versions. The short, flexible connectors and metal clips allow reliable connections without the need for angled adapters.

Advantages

This SATA cable is highly flexible and can be bent or kinked to fit constrained routing paths, reducing the need for angled connectors. The flexible design increases durability and resists material stress and breakage. Short connector housings improve maneuverability in tight spaces, while integrated metal clips ensure a secure, audible click when mated to SATA ports. The cable supports SATA III speeds (up to 6 Gb/s) and maintains compatibility with previous SATA generations.

Suitable for

• Connecting internal hard drives (HDD) and solid-state drives (SSD) inside desktop PCs
• Routing cables in small form-factor and compact chassis
• System builds or upgrades where space constraints prevent use of standard angled cables

Key specifications

• Cable type: SATA III
• Connector: SATA 7-pin to SATA 7-pin
• Cable length: 0.5 m
• Data transfer rate: up to 6 Gb/s
• Colour: Red

How to use

Route the cable between the motherboard SATA port and the storage device’s SATA port, bending the flexible cable as needed to fit the available space. Press each connector into the corresponding SATA port until the metal clip clicks to confirm a secure connection. Ensure the cable is not trapped under components or stressed by sharp edges during installation.

Recommendations

For best results, use this cable when internal routing space is limited and when a short, flexible connection is required. Avoid repeated extreme bending at the exact same point to minimize long-term material fatigue. Verify that both ends are fully seated and clipped to prevent intermittent connections during operation.
